Methodology
1. Counting attendances
- Each valid roster line = one attendance; leading serial numbers and position parentheses are stripped.
- Team/head-count headers, substitute separators, blank lines and event titles are ignored.
2. Korean students (group)
- “韩国同学8 / 🇰🇷1 / Korean player 1 / Team Korean” = 1 each; “韩国同学*6 / 韩国 X 8 / 队*7” = N attendances.
- All pooled into one “Korean Students (Group)” account, billed to the group contact. Sumin registered under his own name and is counted as an individual.
3. Friend attribution
- Entries like “X朋友Y / X的朋友 / Y (bokan friend)” are billed to the inviter; the friend’s name (if given) is noted, otherwise recorded as “unnamed friend”.
- Special cases: Nhat’s friend → Tin; standalone Jack → 周龙仪; Kyle → Kien.
4. Name merges
Reviewed manually and treated as the same person (variants and counts on the right):

5. Cost formula
- Unit price = total ÷ attendances = €4809.24 ÷ 1226 = €3.922708/attendance.
- Amount due = total attendances × unit price, rounded to 2 decimals; equal attendance ⇒ identical amount.
- A rounding residual of €0.01 is shown on its own line so all rows sum to exactly €4809.24.
6. Detailed cost breakdown
Every line item summing to the €4809.24 total (registration fees, ground rental, gifts, gloves…) is itemised in the Google Sheets ledger linked below. Take a look before paying if you want to see exactly where the money went.
